Although this sale was mostly executed via telephone and e-mail, you where always more than willing to accomodate me.
I only deal with Natal Caravans as this is the level of service I've become accustomed to.

The past 8 years of association with Natal Caravans and Marine, we at Cara-Sure have had only compliments from our clients about your dealership. We have never had to appoint an Assessor as all claims are quoted fairly and no advantage are being taken against the Insurer. In addition, all Cara-Sure Application Forms are completed correctly and premiums are quoted accurately.
I have discussed the latter with NatSure Ltd and Guardrisk Insurance Company, our Underwriters, who we act on behalf as Administrators and have the privilege to Award Natal Caravans & Marine as the Cara-Sure Dealer for 2010. I will be in contact with you in due course to arrange for this New, First time Award ceremony.

Everyone that we have come into contact with at Natal Caravans and Campworld Shop have been so helpful and friendly, what can we say, but Wow! – the service is 5 Star, we are so impressed and have not hesitated to spread the word to all our friends and colleagues.
Thank you also for our many “Freebies”, due to pressure of work, we have not had a chance to avail ourselves of the wonderful offers or to use our caravan, but we intend righting that by going away this coming weekend 21-23 May to the Caravan Park in Ballito. We will send you a report on how we find the different parks and their service.
